Changes to line 300 when REM service begins

When REM service starts, buses that used to cross the Champlain Bridge will now take passengers to the REM, where they can travel to downtown Montreal or transfer towards other destinations on the South Shore.

Exo is here to help guide you through these changes!

Travelling between Montreal and the sector of Vallée-du-Richelieu

Do you ride an exo bus to Montreal from Saint-Basile-le-Grand, McMasterville, Beloeil, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, Sainte-Madeleine, Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, or Saint-Hyacinthe and vice-versa?

When REM comes into service, there will be changes to bus line 300 (Vallée-du-Richelieu sector)

  • Enjoy direct access to the REM

    New boarding and disembarking locations

Currently, your point of departure and arrival in downtown Montreal is the Mansfield terminal. When REM service starts, you will be able to take the REM from the new Brossard terminal to Montreal’s Central Station.

    More flexibility

    Increased frequency

Buses will pass more often, giving you more scheduling options with:

    5 new departures per day.

    Extended schedule

The service period will be extended, allowing you to ride the bus earlier or later to suit your needs.

    Toward Montreal/REM-Brossard:

    Current: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

    New: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    Toward Mont-Saint-Hilaire:

    Current: 1:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

    New: 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Stay tuned!

The exact date the changes come into effect will be provided approximately one month in advance. You will be able to consult the new schedules and plan your trips at that time.

Please note that the present bus line 300 route, bringing users to Mansfield terminal, will remain operational until the REM comes into service.

What’s not changing!

Despite these changes, our mission to transport you in a friendly manner remains the same.

Good to know: Complete reconfiguration of your bus network coming soon

Starting in 2024, a bus network reconfiguration will take place in the Vallée-du-Richelieu sector. We’ll consult you to make sure the service is adapted to meet your needs.

In the meantime, service on line 300 will be adjusted to serve the REM.
